Welcome to Joynn! We’re here to help you connect, explore, and make meaningful relationships. Whether you're meeting new people, making friends, or discovering fun activities, we want everyone to have a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience. To keep things running smoothly, we ask all users to follow our guidelines. Here's how to be a good Joynn community member:

1. Be Respectful and Kind

  • Respect Others: Treat every person on Joynn with kindness and empathy, no matter their background, identity, or beliefs.

  • No Harassment: Harassment, including verbal abuse, bullying, and hate speech, is never okay. This includes unwanted advances or behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

  • Appropriate Language: Use respectful and appropriate language. Offensive or explicit content in messages, profiles, or images is strictly prohibited.

2. Keep It Safe

  • Personal Info: Don’t share sensitive personal information (like home address, phone numbers, etc.) unless you feel completely safe and ready to do so. Be cautious about who you trust.

  • Report Suspicious Behavior: If someone is acting suspicious or violating the guidelines, please report them immediately. Help us maintain a secure and respectful space for everyone.

3. Consent Is Key

  • Respect Boundaries: Consent is crucial in all conversations and interactions. If someone is not interested or asks you to stop, respect their wishes immediately.

  • No Means No: If someone doesn't respond, or makes it clear they’re not interested, don’t push further. Always accept their response gracefully.

4. Be Honest and Authentic

  • Real Connections: Be yourself! We’re all about creating genuine connections. Misleading others or pretending to be someone you're not undermines the community spirit of Joynn.

  • Profile Integrity: Your profile should reflect who you really are. Avoid using images, descriptions, or other information that could be seen as misleading or false.

5. Keep It Clean

  • Appropriate Content: Joynn is about positive interactions, so keep your content (profile pictures, descriptions, etc.) respectful and appropriate. Explicit content, nudity, or inappropriate material won’t be tolerated.

  • No Spam: Do not send unsolicited links, advertisements, or promotional material. Let’s keep conversations organic and enjoyable.

6. Respect the Platform

  • No Impersonation: Don't pretend to be someone else or create fake accounts. Be respectful of the platform’s integrity.

  • No Fraud or Scams: Fraudulent activities, including scams or phishing attempts, will result in an immediate ban from Joynn.

7. No Discrimination or Hate

  • Inclusive Environment: Joynn is for everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. Discrimination or hateful language in any form won’t be tolerated.

  • Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: Any content or behavior that incites hate, violence, or discrimination will lead to account suspension or termination.

8. Use Common Sense

  • Be Mindful of Other People’s Time: Everyone is here to connect and have fun—don’t waste anyone's time with unclear intentions or misrepresented interests.

  • No Violent or Threatening Behavior: Violence, threats, or any form of intimidation will result in an immediate ban.

9. Report Issues

If you see something inappropriate, offensive, or if you feel unsafe, don’t hesitate to report it. Our support team will review and act swiftly to resolve the issue.
